Shareholders get 10 extra days to participate
Range International Limited (ASX:RAN) has extended the closing date of its $1.69 million entitlement offer by 10 days, moving the deadline from 20 October to 30 October 2026. The company said the extension is intended to give eligible shareholders more time to consider the offer and participate.
The fundraising terms have not changed. It remains a 1-for-1 pro rata non-renounceable offer of new fully paid ordinary shares at $0.09 each, targeting approximately $1.69 million before costs. The extension follows the opening of the entitlement offer, which was reported as funding rental pallet expansion and debt repayment.
Offer results become the next test
Range is due to announce the offer results on 4 November. The company has not disclosed in this announcement how much shareholder participation it has received, whether the fundraising target has changed, or the size of any expected shortfall.
New shares, including any additional shares issued under the offer, are scheduled to be issued on 6 November, with quotation expected to begin on 9 November. Any remaining shortfall may be placed by the company through to 29 January 2027, leaving the final scale of the capital raising open beyond the immediate closing date.
Funding remains tied to the pallet business
Range manufactures upcycled plastic pallets through its ThermoFusion technology, with production in East Java and sales across Indonesia and the wider Asia-Pacific region. This announcement does not provide new operational or financial performance data, so the immediate investor question is not whether the business has changed, but how many shareholders take up the revised opportunity and how much capital the offer ultimately delivers.
Bottom Line?
The key information should arrive with the 4 November results: participation, the size of any shortfall and the eventual number of new shares to be issued.
Questions in the middle?
- How much of the approximately $1.69 million target will shareholders subscribe for by 30 October?
- Will a material shortfall remain after the offer closes, and how will Range place it?
- What funding priorities will Range pursue once the final proceeds are known?
