Zicom Group delivered a third consecutive profitable year, but revenue and shareholder earnings fell sharply after major gas-processing projects were completed. The ASX-listed industrial group has strengthened its balance sheet, though dividends remain deferred while it repays an $8.72 million shareholder loan.
