Zinc of Ireland has secured firm commitments for a $3.2 million placement to fund ARGO critical-mineral recovery work, VOLTA battery-recycling development and drilling at Kildare. The raise gives the company a defined execution schedule, but adds 180 million new shares before several commercial milestones remain unproven.
