GCM Corporation has shipped 18 VHD heat-sink products for customer evaluation, while preliminary LED testing recorded lower surface temperatures than aluminium comparators. The commercial progress comes with qualification taking longer than expected and A$4.2 million of cash supporting an estimated two quarters of funding.
