X2M Connect has signed a non-binding five-year partnership with Ethical Development Fund Australia to pursue a 20MW to 45MW GPU data centre and renewable energy precinct in North Queensland. The opportunity could generate both infrastructure delivery revenue and recurring platform fees, but remains subject to binding project agreements, funding and approvals.
