Alvo Minerals is set to become a leading Brazilian explorer with its proposed acquisition of the Lavra Velha Gold Project, complementing its strong copper-zinc and rare earth portfolios.

Alvo Minerals has extended the closing date for its pro-rata entitlement offer to 13 May 2025, giving shareholders additional time to subscribe to new shares and options. This move aims to support the company’s ongoing exploration ambitions in Brazil’s base and rare earth metals sectors.

Alvo Minerals has signed a non-binding LOI to acquire the Lavra Velha Gold-Copper Project with a 520koz gold resource, while progressing exploration at its Palma Copper-Zinc Project and launching a $4.4 million capital raise.

Alvo Minerals reports a 7.2Mt copper-equivalent resource at Palma and promising rare earth element drill results at Ipora, while launching a contracting division to offset costs.
