Globe Metals & Mining has signed two non-binding MOUs covering up to 100% of Phase 1 production at its Kanyika Niobium Project, while finalising its updated Bankable Feasibility Study is delayed to June 2025. The company also secured additional short-term funding to support ongoing development.

Globe Metals & Mining has reached a pivotal funding milestone with a US$10 million convertible loan agreement, propelling the Kanyika Niobium Project closer to development. The updated feasibility study remains on track for completion by March/April 2025, underpinning the project's execution phase.

Globe Metals & Mining has obtained a $1.2 million unsecured loan from Director Bo Tan to support working capital and progress its Kanyika Niobium Project feasibility study without diluting shareholders.
