Intelligent Investor Australian Equity Income Fund (ASX:INIF) more than quadrupled its annual profit to $8.701 million, lifting distributions to 32.62 cents per unit. But $14.443 million of redemptions exceeded new applications, while the proposed sale of the Intelligent Investor business to Teaminvest Private Group remains conditional.
