Latest Klevo (ASX:KLV) News

Klevo Rewards takes a major step in building a regulated crypto-financial platform by partnering with Bybit and proposing key acquisitions to expand Fly Wallet’s digital asset and credit capabilities.

Big gains in InvestSMART met heavy selling in General Capital and Klevo as investors split between clean balance-sheet stories and names carrying extra uncertainty. Finance stocks were driven by capital returns, raisings, loan growth and a handful of governance risks.

Klevo Rewards is pursuing an Australian Credit Licence acquisition to enable crypto-centric credit products for Fly Wallet users, aiming to reduce declined transactions and boost platform utility.

Capital raising news drove the biggest swings in finance stocks this week, with SPC Global collapsing after a deeply discounted offer and Klevo Rewards jumping on fast payment growth. Deal approvals, buybacks and dividend updates kept the rest of the sector busy, but investors stayed selective.

Klevo Rewards reports a 164% year-on-year jump in Fly Wallet’s processed Gross Dollar Value to $344 million, driven by international transactions. The company sees a $15.2 million opportunity to recapture missed revenue from declined payments due to insufficient funds.

Finance stocks split into two camps this week: steady earners with cash returns, and event-driven names with violent price swings. Aland Equity, Ovanti and FleetPartners led the move list as investors reacted to deal talk, a placement probe and a profit result plus legal settlement.

Klevo Rewards disclosed a $2 million incentive from Mastercard, triggering a trading halt and sparking consideration of an on-market share buy-back. The company addressed ASX concerns over disclosure timing and affirmed compliance with continuous disclosure rules.

Small caps drove the biggest moves, with Alvo Minerals surging, Klevo extending a payments-fuelled rally, and FBR jumping on fresh contract news. At the larger end, takeover bids, mine funding deals and a strong Liontown update kept resources and corporate activity at the centre of trading.

Payments and fintech names drove the biggest swings this week, while the major banks leaned on profit growth, asset sales and capital management. Investors also had to weigh cyber risk, legal penalties and weaker portfolio values as global tensions stayed in the background.

Klevo Rewards has made major strides in Q1 2026, unveiling an Australian dollar-backed stablecoin and securing SWIFT network access through Fly Wallet, boosting its global payments and rewards platform.

Micro-caps stole the spotlight, led by a boardroom reset at Killi and a blockbuster cancer update from Amplia. Energy explorers and a few big raisings moved the other way, as traders sold hard into fresh dilution and weak price action.

Gold exposure was sold hard, while a lender and a legal-finance group caught steady buying. Dividends, buy-backs and new bank-style hybrids did the heavy lifting for sentiment.
