LDR Capital Property Fund has completed its fourth asset divestment since taking management earlier this year, selling a fully leased office in Felixstow for $30 million and realising $106 million in total proceeds to reduce debt.

LDR Capital Property Fund has initiated its portfolio repositioning strategy by exchanging contracts to sell a secondary office asset in Cannon Hill for $24.8 million, aiming to recycle non-core assets and reduce debt without affecting FY26 distributions.

LDR Capital Property Fund has locked in a lease renewal with the Commonwealth Government at Garema Court, extending tenancy to 2030 and significantly reducing near-term leasing risk.
