Megaport Adds A$979M in AI Contracts and Lifts FY27 Guidance

Megaport has secured three AI infrastructure contracts worth a combined A$978.6 million, with customer prepayments covering much of the required investment. The deals push pro forma Group ARR to about A$1.1 billion and prompt upgrades to FY27 revenue and EBITDA margin guidance.

Megaport Raises AUD 308 Million in Oversubscribed Retail Entitlement Offer

Megaport has successfully closed the retail portion of its AUD 827 million entitlement offer, raising AUD 308 million through the issuance of 21.6 million new shares priced at AUD 14.30 each. The retail offer's Top Up Facility was oversubscribed and scaled back to allocate all available shares to participating shareholders.
