Sparc Technologies has successfully raised up to A$2.7 million through a share placement and a Share Purchase Plan, positioning the company to accelerate commercialisation of its graphene additive ecosparc and support its green hydrogen pilot projects.

Sparc Technologies has progressed to Stage 2 of its Sparc Hydrogen joint venture with pilot plant commissioning slated for mid-2025, while also securing its first patent for photocatalytic water splitting technology in Morocco. Concurrently, its graphene-based additive ecosparc® demonstrates promising field trial results, underpinning commercial momentum.

Sparc Technologies has secured a fourth trial agreement with BHP Mitsubishi Alliance to test its graphene-enhanced ecosparc® coating in harsh mining conditions, aiming to validate its anti-corrosive performance against market leaders.

Sparc Technologies has committed to Stage 2 of its hydrogen joint venture, secured a pioneering patent in Morocco, and progressed graphene additive trials, signaling momentum in its clean energy and materials innovation.
