Cigna lifts 2026 earnings outlook as pharmacy margins weaken

The Cigna Group raised its 2026 adjusted earnings outlook after third-quarter revenue rose 6%, while pharmacy benefit pressure kept underlying profit broadly flat. The health insurer also unveiled a US$3 billion modernisation and productivity programme targeting longer-term growth.
