DTE Energy reshapes itself around data centres and regulated utility growth

DTE Energy sells Vantage for US$3 billion to fund data centre-led utility growth

DTE Energy plans to sell its non-utility Vantage business for about US$3 billion and redirect the proceeds into a much larger regulated utility investment programme. The shift comes alongside approved Google and Oracle data centre contracts and a long-term operating EPS growth target above 9%.
