Oracle raises US$10 billion in debt alongside 86.2 million new shares

Oracle has completed a sizeable capital raising combining US$10 billion of notes with the issue of 86.2 million common shares. The company has not yet specified how the proceeds will be divided between investment, debt repayment, acquisitions, dividends or buybacks.
