Iperion narrows loss but cash support remains central to Pathoglaze plan

Iperion reported a lower loss for the year ended 31 March 2026, but its cash reserves and net assets fell sharply, leaving the NZX-listed materials company reliant on related-party funding and director support. Its Pathoglaze manufacturing operation is also being moved from Malaysia to Singapore while customer trials continue.

Iperion narrows loss as Pathoglaze licence targets waived and loan facility secured

Iperion Limited trimmed its net loss to $294,595 for the year to March 2026, aided by waived manufacturing fees and waived licence performance targets, while securing a $250,000 loan facility to underpin ongoing development of its antimicrobial Pathoglaze product.
