Boab Metals has signed a binding Heads of Agreement with RE:GROUP for mining services at its Sorby Hills silver-lead project, clearing a key operational milestone ahead of planned production in the second half of 2027. Site establishment is scheduled for January, with mining services targeted to begin by March.
