TechGen Metals has emerged from a year of lower losses and stronger cash reserves with three gold projects lined up for drilling, while copper and base-metal targets remain in the portfolio. The funding runway is improved, but the August capital raising and new director securities add a material dilution question.

Sunstone Metals has expanded its Bramaderos gold-equivalent resource to 3.6Moz and reported new Porotillo and Copete discoveries, but its FY2026 accounts carry a material uncertainty over going concern. A post-year-end A$9.94 million placement has improved liquidity, although further equity funding remains central to the exploration plan.

Viking Mines has identified several wide zones of visually confirmed scheelite in ongoing RC drilling at its Linka tungsten project in Nevada, including 22 metres across a 24-metre horizon. The encouraging visual results remain unassayed, leaving laboratory results as the next critical test of grade and continuity.

Elk Range Mining has logged seven visible native-gold observations in its maiden drill hole at the Friday Gold Project in Idaho. The result offers fresh structural information, but assays remain the decisive test and are not expected until late October or early November.

Corazon Mining has begun a 50-hole, approximately 7,500-metre RC drilling program at its Chalice Gold Project in Western Australia. The campaign will test near-surface extensions to the existing 191,000-ounce resource, while the company cautions that its larger 830,000-ounce Exploration Target remains conceptual.

Pantoro Gold has extended the interpreted mineralised strike at its Racetrack discovery to about 900 metres, with drilling returning several high-grade intersections. The company will begin a 450-metre exploration decline from the OK Underground Mine in the December 2026 quarter, although Racetrack remains outside the current Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve.

BPM Minerals has entered its most consequential exploration phase after expanding Beachcomber into a multi-lode gold system and securing A$6.6 million in cash. The company is now drilling toward a maiden JORC resource, although its option to acquire the Forelands project remains unexercised and no resource has yet been estimated.

Pursuit Minerals has secured environmental approvals to relocate its pilot plant to Rio Grande Sur and drill a new 500-metre hole at Demasía. The company has also applied to build commercial-scale evaporation ponds for its planned 5,000-tonne-per-year operation, although that approval remains outstanding.
