Cynata Therapeutics has lodged a replacement prospectus for a fully underwritten $913,000 entitlement offer, with the cash earmarked largely for adviser costs, intellectual property maintenance and working capital. The raising gives the biotech a near-term funding bridge, but the prospectus again flags a material uncertainty over its ability to continue as a going concern.

Nyrada has lodged a prospectus for approximately 10.74 million free options linked to its recent capital raising, giving eligible CDI holders three options for every four CDIs issued. The options carry a $0.93 exercise price and could generate almost $10 million if fully exercised, although that cash remains contingent on holder participation.

Sultan Resources has lodged a prospectus for up to 91.4 million options to existing shareholders, alongside a further 25 million options for lead manager Xcel Capital. The offer brings in little immediate cash but could provide up to $3.43 million if the new options are later exercised.

TerraCom’s securities will remain suspended from ASX quotation after the company failed to lodge its annual report for the year ended 30 June 2026. Reinstatement now depends on the report being filed and ASX considering it appropriate to resume trading.
