The audited report also recasts the Pagbilao LNG Hub as the centrepiece of the company’s next phase, but flags material uncertainty around going concern.

Vection Technologies delivered its first positive full-year operating cash flow and a sharp rise in adjusted EBITDA in FY26. Yet the audited report warns that continued operations depend on stronger sales, margin gains, cost reductions and potential access to further capital.

Ellerston Asia Growth Fund Complex ETF (ASX: EAFZ) returned 38.4% after fees for the year ended 30 June 2026, beating its Asian equities benchmark by 2.6 percentage points. Profit more than doubled to $12.49 million, although the result was driven chiefly by investment revaluations and came alongside continued net redemptions.

Coolabah Active Global Bond Fund delivered net returns of up to 6.20% in the year to 30 June 2026, ahead of its global bond benchmark. The fund also added an ASX-traded ETF class shortly before year-end, while using repurchase agreements and derivatives as part of its strategy.

Macquarie Subordinated Debt Fund (ASX:MQS) reported a sharp increase in operating profit and assets for the year ended 30 June 2026, powered by the expansion of its active ETF class. The audited accounts also show the fund’s returns remain closely exposed to interest rates, credit spreads and debt-market valuations.

Macquarie Core Australian Equity Active ETF more than doubled its net assets to $1.138 billion in the year to 30 June 2026, powered by $676.067 million of new applications. Profit rose 50% to $33.876 million, while distributions increased to 30.93 cents per unit.

Walter Scott Global Equity Fund’s operating profit fell to A$4.1 million in 2026 from A$349.5 million, while net assets dropped by about A$1.1 billion. The audited report points to weaker investment gains and substantial redemptions, although the fund remained fully invested in quoted equities and received an unmodified audit opinion.
