Kinetiko Energy has begun drilling a key production test well in South Africa, advancing its transition from exploration to gas production with plans for a pilot LNG plant by late 2026.

Kinetiko Energy has signed a non-binding term sheet with FFS Refiners to co-develop a pilot LNG plant at Brakfontein, aiming to fast-track gas production and supply to South Africa's industrial market.

Kinetiko Energy has completed a $2.2 million placement, supported by directors and major shareholders, to advance its gas exploration and production testing in South Africa’s Mpumalanga Province. Initial production test results are expected in July 2025.
