Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Brickworks have finalized their share schemes, exchanging existing shares for Topco shares and marking Brickworks’ imminent ASX delisting.

The Supreme Court of New South Wales has approved the merger of Brickworks Limited and Washington H. Soul Pattinson, paving the way for a new ASX-listed entity, First Services Company Ltd. Shareholders will soon exchange their Brickworks shares for Topco shares as trading transitions next week.

Brickworks Limited has announced a fully franked final dividend of 48.4 cents per share for FY2025, linked to Washington H. Soul Pattinson’s dividend as part of their proposed merger. The dividend will be paid regardless of the merger outcome.
