Bubalus Resources finished 2026 with $3.03 million in cash after posting a $1.62 million loss and writing off $1.01 million of exploration assets. The exploration company is narrowing its focus across Victorian gold, rare earths and lithium targets, but says further funding may be required.

Barys Resources reported a wider A$2.30 million loss for FY2026 as it secured two gold exploration licences in Kazakhstan but made no progress at its Niger uranium project. With A$2.06 million in cash at year-end, the company is now pursuing a partially underwritten A$2.6 million entitlement offer to fund its next phase of exploration.

Ozz Resources has emerged from suspension after raising $4.8 million, acquiring the Bedaburra nickel-copper-cobalt project and reshaping its exploration portfolio. The annual report also highlights a still-loss-making balance sheet and unresolved funding demands ahead.

Venari Minerals has issued 37.28 million shares at 8 cents each, completing the second tranche of a previously announced $6.1 million capital raising. The $2.98 million proceeds increase the company’s funding, while also adding to its issued share base.

Unity Metals has secured an oversubscribed $3.5 million placement and plans a further $1 million share purchase plan to accelerate drilling across its Cambodian gold projects. The raise gives the explorer funding to test extensions at O’Phlay and new targets at Ngot, but also brings dilution and shareholder-approval hurdles.

Dataworks has completed a A$3.0 million placement, issuing 25 million shares at A$0.12 each as it moves to fund working capital, government program delivery and platform development. Shareholders now face the next stage of the raising, with a 1-for-10 entitlement offer opening on 28 September.

Meeka Metals has secured $40 million after costs through a two-tranche institutional placement priced at $0.10 a share, giving the gold producer fresh funding for Turnberry, Mt Holland and exploration. The capital raise comes as provisional September-quarter gold recovery reached 7,000 to 7,500 ounces and the company expects roughly $50 million in cash after the first tranche.

Sinclair Gold’s FY2026 annual report captures the company’s rapid shift from a small explorer to a well-funded Mt Henry-focused gold developer-in-waiting. The project’s resource stood at 915,000 ounces at year-end, before a post-year-end update lifted it to 1.8 million ounces after 20,426 metres of drilling.
