Alvo Minerals has secured A$1 million from strategic and existing investors while reporting broad, near-surface dysprosium and terbium mineralisation at its Bluebush project in Brazil. The results strengthen the exploration story, but metallurgy, permeability and a maiden resource remain ahead.

Torque Metals has secured A$25 million from institutional investors to expand drilling and regional exploration at its Ritz Gold Project in Western Australia. The placement will lift pro forma cash to about A$32.7 million, but adds roughly 21% to the existing share count and leaves the company’s million-ounce ambition dependent on exploration results.

Volt Resources securities will resume trading after the company outlined a funding plan worth approximately A$6.912 million and confirmed its ongoing ASX compliance. The restart comes with two Tanzanian mining licences cancelled, limited reported cash and a proposed A$1.5 million capital raising yet to be structured.

Prodigy Gold has launched a fully underwritten $7.92 million entitlement offer to fund exploration and project approvals, but the capital raising could also lift three existing substantial holders above their current voting stakes. The non-renounceable offer is priced at $0.047 a share, below the stock’s recent three-month low of $0.049.

L1 Global Long Short Fund has raised approximately A$100.9 million from institutional investors, with strong demand allowing L1 Group to place its A$70.1 million entitlement with new shareholders. Retail investors now face a 1-for-2 offer at A$1.76 a share, with up to A$381.7 million still available.

Antilles Gold’s significantly oversubscribed rights issue has expanded into a $3.45 million capital raising, giving the company additional funding while it seeks to lift US sanctions affecting its Cuban joint venture. Cynata Therapeutics has launched a fully underwritten $913,000 entitlement offer as it reassesses the future of its Cymerus platform after two major trials failed to demonstrate efficacy. The raise provides short-term funding, but the prospectus warns that further capital may be needed and repeats a material uncertainty over going concern.

Metal Hawk’s Leinster South project produced its strongest drilling results yet, led by a 9-metre intersection grading 12.3g/t gold at the Numbat lode. But the FY26 annual report also flags a material uncertainty over going concern, despite a subsequent $1.2 million placement.

FBR has secured the remaining A$1.846 million of its A$4 million capital raising through a subscription with Alpine Capital, giving the robotics developer funding for Mantis testing, Hadrian deployment, debt repayment and working capital. The deal also brings further potential dilution through options and ends the company’s previous underwriting arrangement.
