Native Mineral Resources has raised A$10 million through a share placement to fund the ramp-up of gold production at its Blackjack plant in Queensland, following its first gold pour ahead of schedule.

Sunshine Metals has secured a binding agreement to acquire the high-grade Sybil Epithermal Gold Project near Charters Towers, Queensland, aiming to fast-track near-surface gold production. The acquisition, valued at A$1.225 million, aligns with Sunshine’s strategy to expand its district presence and leverage underexplored epithermal systems.

Sunshine Metals has reinterpreted the Liontown stratigraphy, revealing a 3.5km folded dome structure that opens up six new exploration targets. Drilling at the shallow Tigertown prospect is scheduled to begin in February 2025, potentially expanding the Liontown resource base.
