Mineral Resources has maintained FY27 guidance after a record quarter for mining services and lithium sales, while Onslow Iron delivered its strongest export month yet. The gains came with a sharp fall in lithium prices, elevated Mt Marion costs and a leadership change in the lithium division.

Minbos Resources spent A$4.7 million on plant and equipment as construction advanced at its Cabinda phosphate project in Angola. The company also completed a post-quarter A$6 million placement, but BFA funding and approvals remain key dependencies for its Q2 2027 commissioning target.

Titomic has secured approval for a US$10.3 million direct loan from the US Export-Import Bank to fund a high-pressure cold-spray production cell in Huntsville, Alabama. The project is expected to expand US manufacturing capacity and support at least dozens of full-time jobs.

Aquirian has more than tripled its NAB equipment funding capacity to $25 million, giving the mining services group room to add fleet for new contracts. It will also use $3.1 million to reduce debt tied to its Wubin facility, while unaudited cash fell to $9.5 million at 30 September.
