Latrobe Magnesium has secured A$8.5 million in equity funding to complete its Latrobe Valley demonstration plant and advance a proposed South Carolina magnesium project. The raising gives the company near-term funding certainty, but also brings further dilution and leaves the larger US development dependent on future capital.

Rox Resources is pitching Youanmi as a fully funded, near-term gold producer while outlining an ambition to lift output beyond 150,000 ounces a year. The mine’s initial plan remains materially smaller, with first gold targeted for mid-2027 and average production of about 117,000 ounces a year.

Cavalier Resources is advancing site preparation, contractor negotiations and recruitment at its Crawford Gold Project, but its financing remains unfinished after Javelin Global Commodities’ exclusivity period expired. Shareholders have also approved a A$60,000 share subscription by interim CEO Daniel Tuffin.
