Dubber AI has agreed to acquire selected Daisee assets, including customer contracts and conversation intelligence technology, for up to A$1.25 million. The deal brings Daisee's nearly A$1.7 million of annual recurring revenue into a contact centre AI platform focused on insurance and financial services.
