Net assets more than doubled to $424.7 million as profit rose to $56.0 million and investor distributions reached $25.7 million.

Tanami Gold has entered FY27 with funding in place for a 3,500-metre underground decline at Groundrush, after raising $70.5 million and reporting a 2.8 million ounce Central Tanami resource. The project remains in the study and resource-definition phase, with no Ore Reserve or production decision yet disclosed.

Resolution Capital Global Property Securities Fund (ASX:RCAP) delivered an 18% net return for A Class units in the year to 30 June 2026, beating its hedged benchmark by 3.7 percentage points.
