Evergold Minerals has identified a new shallow gold-mineralised zone 600m northwest of the Duchess of York main zone in Western Australia. The Vanguard discovery will now be tested through resource-definition RC drilling planned for October.

Corazon Mining has shifted decisively towards Western Australian gold, completing the A$25.7 million Chalice acquisition after year end and securing a 191,000-ounce JORC Mineral Resource. The strategic expansion came alongside a A$7.98 million FY2026 loss and an auditor warning that future funding remains critical.

Reward Minerals has secured approval for the first-ever drilling at its Jackpot gold-copper prospect in Newfoundland, with a seven-hole campaign expected to begin within days. New soil results have also extended the exploration story across a 1.2-kilometre corridor, including a 378ppb gold anomaly at High Stakes.

Manhattan Gold has secured commitments for an A$4.5 million placement to fund more than 4,000 metres of drilling and related exploration at its Hook Lake project in Nunavut. The full raising remains partly conditional, with A$1.14 million requiring shareholder approval in November.

The announcement reports broad gold intercepts, eight tonnes of samples sent to China for feasibility-level metallurgical testing and further work aimed at advancing the Zimbabwe project’s DFS.

CGN Resources has intersected gold at three of four targets in its maiden Christmas Well RC program, with Rocky Mountain Oyster returning the strongest result in fresh rock. The early-stage campaign supports follow-up drilling, but does not yet establish a mineral resource or confirm true widths.

BPM Minerals has secured the final approvals for a maiden approximately 10,000-metre RC drilling campaign at its untested Bonnie and Clyde prospect in Western Australia. Drilling is expected to begin within 5-10 days, putting a more than 6-kilometre gold-in-soil anomaly to its first meaningful test.

New Age Exploration reported its strongest exploration results to date across three projects, including a 11.0 g/t gold intercept at Wagyu and a new mineralised zone at Lammerlaw. But the explorer’s $4.21 million loss, $2.48 million impairment and auditor-flagged going concern uncertainty leave its next drilling campaign dependent on further funding.

Black Cat Syndicate has extended gold mineralisation beyond the current resource boundary at Trojan after completing a 56-hole, 6,804-metre RC drilling program. The results support further drilling and a potential resource upgrade, although the new intercepts are exploration results rather than an updated Mineral Resource.
