Island Pharmaceuticals has commissioned a second manufacturing run of its antiviral Galidesivir, aiming to stockpile up to 800 treatment courses by late 2026 to support rapid response to the fast-spreading Bundibugyo Ebola outbreak and biodefence efforts.
