Latest Equity Raising News

Felix Group Holdings has opened a non-underwritten share purchase plan seeking up to A$1 million from eligible Australian and New Zealand shareholders at A$0.038 per share. The offer gives investors access to the same price paid under the institutional placement, but leaves the final amount raised and any scale-back uncertain.

APC Minerals has replaced its FY2026 annual report after finding a version-control error in the independent auditor’s report. The corrected filing leaves a more consequential warning intact: the explorer needs near-term equity funding to remain a going concern.

FirstWave Cloud Technology has sharply reduced its FY26 loss and generated positive operating cash flow as network monitoring and Latin American revenue accelerated. But a $5.35 million net current asset deficiency, covenant breach and planned capital raise leave the turnaround dependent on continued execution.

Buxton Resources has returned to profit after selling its 49% Copper Wolf joint venture interest to IGO for A$5.91 million. The transaction lifted cash and term deposit investments to A$7.39 million, but the explorer remains dependent on capital and future discoveries rather than recurring earnings.

Black Rock Mining has advanced early works at its Mahenge graphite project, but the annual report warns that securing approximately US$298 million of project funding by November is critical to its survival as a going concern. The company ended FY2026 with A$4.7 million in cash and an A$7.6 million net loss.

Antimony Resources has moved closer to first production in Mexico, but its FY2026 annual report carries a material going-concern warning after a A$7.0 million loss and sharply reduced cash reserves. The company now faces the harder test of turning its Tecomatlán plant and Los Lirios project into cash-generating operations.

Tusker Minerals reduced its FY2026 loss, but the improvement was driven largely by a A$4.64 million asset-sale gain rather than mining revenue. The early-stage explorer is concentrating its capital on Cameroon rutile and heavy mineral sands while relying on future funding to maintain momentum.

Eden Innovations has transformed its balance sheet, cutting interest-bearing liabilities from $16.97 million to negligible levels after year-end. But revenue fell 19%, the Group remained deeply loss-making and its auditor flagged a material uncertainty over going concern.

QX Resources reduced its annual loss and ended June with $1.64 million in cash, but its auditor has warned that the company must raise more money to keep operating. The Madaba uranium project has produced a sizeable conceptual exploration target, yet it remains some distance from a mineral resource.

Vanadium Resources has repositioned its Steelpoortdrift project around a proposed V-Iron plant producing pig iron and vanadium-bearing slag for Western markets. The strategy has secured a non-binding U.S. offtake framework and advanced site and funding work, but the auditor has flagged material uncertainty over the company’s ability to continue as a going concern.

QMines has moved its Mt Chalmers copper-gold project into a Definitive Feasibility Study after securing a $15 million strategic package from QIC. The development push comes alongside a larger annual loss, $9.21 million in operating cash outflow and continued reliance on future funding.

Ragnar Metals has identified at least five interpreted mineralised shoots at its Harnäs gold project in Sweden, but the exploration-led company ended FY2026 with only $233,220 in cash. The annual report also restates FY2025 after previously omitted Kaiser Reef options were recognised at $779,288.
