DPM Metals has extended its Brevene Porphyry South discovery with long, high-grade gold-copper-molybdenum intercepts, including 716.6 metres at 3.30 g/t gold equivalent. Mineralisation now reaches the Chelopech mine concession and remains open in several directions and at depth.

The raise also carries substantial dilution and an unusually large proposed director subscription worth AU$5.125 million, subject to shareholder approval.

Helloworld Travel has agreed to acquire Crown Currency Exchange for $135 million, adding 68 Australian stores and an FY26 underlying EBITDA stream of $22 million. The transaction expands Helloworld’s retail footprint but will also introduce a mix of NAB debt, vendor financing and a share placement.

Waterco Limited (ASX:WAT) delivered record FY26 EBIT of $23.8 million and lifted net profit after tax 59.6% to $15.4 million, despite only modest revenue growth. The stronger result supports a higher fully franked dividend, but the group is carrying more debt and inventory as it expands manufacturing capacity.
