Latrobe Magnesium has detailed the capital, feedstock and valuation assumptions behind its proposed 50 ktpa magnesium plant in South Carolina. The project retains strong headline economics, but funding, feasibility work and a final investment decision remain ahead.

Tolu Minerals has increased the Tolukuma gold resource by 81% to 909,000 ounces after four months of full-scale drilling, pushing its reported Papua New Guinea gold inventory above one million ounces. The proposed early 2027 restart now has a larger resource base, but remains dependent on infrastructure, technical work and conversion of resources into mineable reserves.

HiTech Group has secured a $4 million placement to fund working capital after completing its acquisition of selected Hudson assets. The deal creates a larger national recruitment platform, but also leaves the company managing higher payroll demands, new debt and unfinished customer novations.

Minrex Resources has completed its 33-hole Barje infill program and begun a 6,604-metre greenfield campaign at Tlamino in Serbia. The drilling will test whether Barje and Liska form part of a single mineralised system extending more than 1.5 kilometres.

IperionX says its GenX continuous titanium furnace processed more than 500 kilograms of powder while using substantially less power, magnesium and hydrogen than batch HAMR production. Emyria has presented its regulated Australian psychedelic-treatment experience to the US FDA, putting clinical delivery systems rather than drug development at the centre of its US ambitions. The appearance raises the company’s profile, but does not yet disclose regulatory approval, a commercial agreement or a financial commitment.

Meeka Metals has lifted its group Mineral Resource to approximately 1.5 million ounces after adding a maiden 270koz estimate for Mt Holland in Western Australia. The expansion comes with a sharper distinction between exploration potential and mine-ready inventory, as Ore Reserves fell to 355koz after depletion and portfolio changes.

Emerald Resources has secured lender backing for a US$200 million acquisition facility that could expand to US$400 million, while saying its existing cash position will fund the Dingo Range and Memot developments. No acquisition has been announced, but the mandate gives the gold producer a larger pool of capital for future deals.

Livium has completed its Share Purchase Plan after receiving A$794,280 in valid applications, including A$80,000 from its board. The capital raising will add 96.9 million shares to the register, with trading expected to begin on 21 September.

EBR Systems plans to file a Changes Being Effected PMA supplement in the fourth quarter to make echo-induced pacing risks and their mitigations more prominent on WiSE System labelling. The FDA has aligned with the proposed path, but the filing and final labelling changes are still ahead.

Orezone Gold has outlined a 14-year plan for its newly acquired Casa Berardi mine, targeting 1.63 million ounces of production and an after-tax NPV of US$1.05 billion. The economics are substantial, but the plan remains a preliminary assessment built partly on Inferred Resources and requires significant capital and permitting work.
