BPM Minerals has completed 9,060 metres of a record Forelands drilling campaign, with post-quarter assays returning its best Beachcomber result to date. The company is now advancing maiden drilling at Bonnie & Clyde while working towards a maiden resource estimate targeted for the first half of 2027.

Terrain Minerals has begun preparations for its largest-ever drilling program, with 86 reverse circulation holes planned across the Smokebush project in Western Australia. The 10,905-metre campaign will test both the existing Lightning resource and seven new exploration targets, but no new exploration results have yet been reported.

Barkly Rare Earths has added 13 significant rare earth intercepts from 16 holes at its Northern Territory project, extending confirmed mineralisation across 23km. The results strengthen the case for a larger resource, although the next test is whether pending assays translate that continuity into a materially bigger estimate.

The result is encouraging for a resource-confidence programme, but the reported interval is downhole rather than true width and the campaign remains unfinished.

PLS has approved the A$1.9 billion P2000 expansion, targeting roughly 2 million tonnes a year of spodumene concentrate from Pilgangoora by 2029. The investment comes alongside a 31% increase in contained lithium reserves and a separate underground growth option.

Recharge Metals has secured firm commitments for a $4.1 million placement ahead of its first 30,000-metre drilling campaign at Sunset Well. The raise lifts pro forma cash to approximately $8 million and also funds copper-tungsten work at Brandy Hill South.

Midas Minerals has identified up to three high-grade copper positions at its Deblin deposit in Namibia, with assays returning intervals of up to 4.89% copper. The expanding target will now be tested with deeper drilling, additional rigs and metallurgical work ahead of a planned maiden resource estimate in early 2027.
