SPC Global has finalised its $100 million entitlement offer, allocating most shortfall shares to sub-underwriters and positioning the company to reduce debt and support growth.

SPC Global Holdings has kicked off a fully underwritten $100 million equity raise via a 1-for-0.1993 renounceable entitlement offer priced at $0.10 per share, aiming to sharply reduce net debt and back its expansion plans.

Noumi Limited has completed its $11.56 million payment towards a $43 million class action settlement, now unconditional following Victorian Supreme Court approval. The payment was made by insurers, activating legal releases for the company.
