New Murchison Gold has added a maiden 21,000-ounce Ore Reserve at Cloudkicker while reporting a group Mineral Resource of 353,700 ounces. The update also places 150,400 ounces of underground resources beneath Crown Prince, but the reserve base remains relatively short-dated and dependent on continued drilling and operating performance.

Connected Minerals has made Angola’s Bailundo niobium and rare earths project its flagship after writing off A$3.40 million in Namibian and Western Australian exploration assets. The pivot is now backed by a completed A$4.5 million placement and a planned 6,000-metre drilling campaign, but Bailundo remains an exploration-stage project without a declared resource.

Golden Globe Resources has reported a $2.23 million FY2026 loss after funding its first year as an ASX-listed explorer, while Dooloo Creek drilling confirmed copper-gold mineralisation. The company ended the year with $3.55 million in cash and says its near-term plans are funded, though further capital may eventually be required.

Mount Ridley Mines has reported broad, shallow scandium intersections extending up to 8km beyond the Grass Patch Project’s current Block 1 and Block 2 resource boundaries. The results could support a larger JORC resource, but the company has yet to convert the exploration footprint into an updated estimate.

Perpetual Resources has added 62 lode claims around its Nevada Scheelite tungsten project, expanding the land position by 1,271.63 acres and more than 15 times the original patented claim area. The move broadens the project from a historic mine redevelopment opportunity into a larger exploration play, although the new ground remains untested.

Apollo Minerals has completed a 180-line-kilometre airborne magnetic and radiometric survey over its Couflens tungsten-gold project in France, with the work conducted alongside the French Geological Survey. The data is still being processed, but it could help shape the next phase of exploration, including planned underground drilling at the Véronique zone.

Alma Metals has intersected 383.8 metres at 0.25% copper from just 10.2 metres at its Briggs project, including a higher-grade 76.7-metre zone at 0.34%. The result supports the company’s effort to upgrade parts of the resource ahead of a pre-feasibility study, although the intersection remains a downhole measurement and ended in mineralisation.

Five of nine diamond holes at Minrex's Barje deposit have returned the widest and highest-grade intersections drilled there, challenging the historical model of a low-grade central corridor. The results arrive ahead of a maiden JORC resource estimate planned for next quarter.

Advance Metals has recorded its strongest silver assay yet at the Gavilanes Project in Mexico, with drilling also returning the project’s highest-grade zinc-lead interval. The mineralised system remains open at depth and to the southwest, while metallurgical work and further drilling target a maiden JORC resource in the December quarter of 2026.

West Coast Silver has added a 70%-owned prospect immediately west of its Elizabeth Hill silver mine, with historical results pointing to silver, copper, nickel and palladium potential. The targets remain early-stage: the company plans data review, fieldwork and geophysics before deciding whether to drill.

American Rare Earths has reported broad, near-surface rare earth mineralisation from the first six holes of its 2026 feasibility drilling program in Wyoming. The results are encouraging for geological continuity, but they cover only part of the program and do not yet represent a new resource estimate.

Western Mines Group has identified broad nickel sulphide mineralisation across six holes on the western margin of Mulga Tank, including a shallow 13m zone grading 0.41% nickel. The results also support a geological model that could guide follow-up drilling towards richer zones, ahead of a government-backed seismic survey.
