The results remain early-stage, but AngloGold Ashanti’s potential A$100 million earn-in gives the exploration program meaningful financial backing.

GBM Resources has returned a broad 101-metre gold intersection at 2.63g/t from Lone Sister, with higher-grade intervals pointing to potential local grade uplift at Twin Hills. A further 8,400 metres of assays remain pending before the planned December-quarter resource update.

The work is intended to sharpen drill targets, while assays from the company’s completed Desert Star RC program are expected in October 2026.

Right Resources has begun a fully funded 2,000-metre aircore program at its Blue Prospect near Tumbarumba, testing six tungsten and five gold anomalies for the first time below surface. Assay results are expected progressively during the December Quarter, but the campaign is exploratory and is not designed to define a Mineral Resource.
