Capstone Copper has agreed to sell its Cozamin mine in Mexico to Luca Mining in a deal featuring US$275 million upfront and as much as US$110 million in deferred and copper-linked payments. The proposed sale would give Capstone fresh balance-sheet capacity while preserving indirect exposure to the asset through Luca shares.

Kelsian Group has completed the $149.9 million sale of its Tourism Portfolio to Journey Beyond, reducing pro forma leverage to approximately 2.0x. The transport operator has reset FY27 Underlying EBITDA guidance to $295 million-$310 million as it shifts towards commuter and contracted services.

New Murchison Gold turned its Crown Prince operation into a powerful cash generator, reporting $146.95 million in net profit after tax and $201.7 million in cash for the nine months to 30 June 2026. New Murchison Gold has added a maiden 21,000-ounce Ore Reserve at Cloudkicker while reporting a group Mineral Resource of 353,700 ounces. The update also places 150,400 ounces of underground resources beneath Crown Prince, but the reserve base remains relatively short-dated and dependent on continued drilling and operating performance.

Strike Energy has moved South Erregulla into final commissioning and lifted West Erregulla’s net 2P reserves by about 20%, but the project-heavy year came with sharply lower earnings and operating cash flow.
