American West Metals expanded its Storm copper resource and reported a major indium-zinc-gold intersection at West Desert during FY2026. But the ASX-listed explorer remains reliant on further funding, with the auditor flagging material uncertainty over its ability to continue as a going concern.

Narryer Metals has advanced its Australian critical-minerals portfolio and agreed to acquire the Redhill Copper Project, but its FY2026 accounts flag a material uncertainty over continued funding. The company ended the year with A$1.36 million in cash after a A$1.32 million loss attributable to shareholders.

Atomic Eagle has formally executed the Mining Convention for its Madaouela uranium project in Niger, securing the legal, fiscal and operational framework for the asset. The agreement also triggers steps to end historical arbitration proceedings, while a US$5 million payment and a targeted JORC resource update now sit ahead of the company.
