BluGlass and North Carolina State University have secured a third-year contract extension worth A$1.05 million from the U.S. Department of War’s CLAWS Hub, reinforcing their role in advanced gallium nitride laser development for defence and quantum technologies.

BluGlass Limited has become an approved supplier to the Indian Ministry of Defence, landing its first $230,000 order for gallium nitride laser development from a leading Indian research lab.

BluGlass Limited has secured over A$4 million in new contracts and filed three US patents for high-power tunable GaN lasers, reinforcing its leadership in visible laser technology and expanding its footprint in strategic photonics markets.
