Platina Resources has reshaped itself around a 312 square kilometre gold portfolio in Western Australia’s Laverton district, backed by $8.61 million in cash. The FY2026 annual report shows stronger exploration momentum, but the company remains loss-making and dependent on turning targets into discoveries.

Infinity Metals has reported a sharply smaller FY2026 loss as it shifts its exploration focus towards the United States and Australia. The pivot follows rejection of its San José mining licence application, a A$2.25 million placement and a growing portfolio of early-stage copper, molybdenum and tin targets.

Byass will receive a $325,000 annual salary and may be granted up to 7 million performance rights, subject to approval and conditions.

James Hardie has raised its FY27 Free Cash Flow target to at least US$600 million and expects to deliver its US$125 million cost synergy target roughly a year early. The company also outlined a 4% to 7% annual organic growth ambition above market, while targeting net leverage below 2.0x by Q2 FY28.
