Helix Resources says the Supreme Court of British Columbia has declared its Gold Basin earn-in and joint venture agreement unenforceable and ordered the company to pay petition costs. The ruling puts the Arizona project’s future with Helix in question, while the company says its White Hills project is unaffected.

Maronan Metals has added a new AGM resolution seeking approval for a $20 million placement to fund drilling, feasibility work and permitting at its Maronan Project. The issue would also allow Kinterra Fund II to lift its voting power to approximately 22.99%.
