Jade Gas Holdings has lodged its initial Plan for Development of Operations and secured approval for a substantial 502 km² production licence area, marking pivotal steps towards commercialising Mongolia’s first coal bed methane project.
Jade Gas Holdings reported continuous gas production from two wells at its Red Lake coal bed methane project in Mongolia during Q4 2025, confirming commercial viability with exceptionally high methane purity. The company also secured a $70 million non-binding LOI and appointed a new CEO to drive development.
