Jade Gas has completed a A$11 million placement, boosting its cash reserves beyond A$20 million to fund key development and strategic moves, including a proposed Hong Kong listing.

Jade Gas Holdings (ASX: JGH) has voluntarily suspended its shares on the ASX ahead of an announcement expected by 20 July regarding a development partnership and funding commitment.

Jade Gas has appointed Richy Xie as a strategic advisor to deepen its Asia-Pacific engagement while securing A$12 million in a premium-priced placement to accelerate its Mongolian gas project development.
