Environmental Clean Technologies says its proposed Xenica acquisition has gained a defence-market sublicence for MXenes, adding a potential route to customers for its Flash Joule Heating platform. The agreement is not a customer contract, and revenue still depends on acquisition completion, repeatable production and qualification.
