Zinc of Ireland has secured firm commitments for a $3.2 million placement to fund ARGO critical-mineral recovery work, VOLTA battery-recycling development and drilling at Kildare. The raise gives the company a defined execution schedule, but adds 180 million new shares before several commercial milestones remain unproven.

Toubani Resources says construction of its Kobada Gold Project in Mali remains on schedule for first gold in Q3 2027, with CIL tank erection now underway and more than 70% of project costs committed. About US$50 million of the company’s US$160 million stream facility has been drawn as construction moves into a more intensive phase.

Ridley Corporation’s first full reporting year with the Incitec Pivot Fertilisers distribution business produced a sharp lift in underlying earnings and cash flow, despite a steep fall in statutory profit after a $31.8 million NovaqPro impairment. Brazilian Rare Earths has commissioned its Stage I beneficiation pilot plant in Bahia and produced its first rare earth mineral concentrate. Partners will contribute R$6.4 million, or about A$1.7 million, towards the next hydrometallurgical stage planned for commissioning in Q2 2027.

Core Lithium has produced its first spodumene concentrate from the recommissioned Finniss processing plant, reaching its September-quarter target within six months of the restart decision. The plant is not yet at steady-state production, with optimisation continuing ahead of a targeted first shipment in the December quarter.

Andromeda Metals has secured $3.04 million through a Share Purchase Plan and placement, aiming to advance its High Purity Alumina project and complete a Pre-feasibility study.
