Janus Electric has used a A$1.91 million FY2026 R&D tax refund to cut its Rockford loan balance to A$987,000. The repayment is expected to reduce interest costs by about A$325,000 a year, while a further overseas R&D refund remains subject to approval.

Aquirian has secured an approximately $21 million, three-year extension to supply technology and energetics at the Mt Ida Gold Project. The deal requires no additional capital expenditure and extends the supply term to December 2030.
