The company is spending heavily to build its next production phase, with the new 3.0 Mtpa plant on schedule and Waihi Underground starting ahead of plan.

Beach Energy delivered its strongest quarterly revenue result on record, with sales rising 41% to A$565 million as production increased 9% to 5.4 MMboe. Waitsia reliability improved, offshore abandonment work was completed and FY27 guidance remained unchanged.

Microba has secured a $2.025 million placement while cutting costs further, launching GI Navigator and advancing its proposed merger with Genetic Signatures. The funding comes as the company reports strong Australian testing growth but only about one quarter of cash cover before the raise.
