Argent Minerals has reported its first laboratory assays from Trunkey Creek, with narrow but high-grade gold intersections beyond a void interpreted as historic underground workings. The results strengthen the case for deeper drilling, while leaving the size and continuity of the mineralisation unresolved.

Saturn Metals has extended the Apollo Hill gold system up to 1km north of its existing 2.83Moz Mineral Resource, with several high-grade intersections among the latest results. A 50-hole, 10,000m RC program is now underway to test continuity and support a planned resource update.

Liberty Metals’ maiden rock chip program at Oko North has returned four samples above 1 g/t gold, including a peak assay of 2.322 g/t. The reconnaissance results support the company’s interpretation that historical alluvial gold may be sourced from hard rock within its Guyana tenure, but drilling is still required to test continuity and scale.

Lightning Minerals says reconnaissance sampling has expanded the Warby Project’s interpreted tungsten system well beyond its World War I-era workings, with rock chips grading up to 5.5% tungsten. The company has fast-tracked further soil sampling to define the anomalies before selecting maiden drill targets.

Cobre has logged copper sulphide mineralisation in its first deep diamond hole at Sierra Atacama since 2021, extending the system below the existing operation. The result is encouraging but remains visual and preliminary, with laboratory assays due in October.

BPM Minerals has begun its first-ever drilling at the 6km Bonnie and Clyde gold-in-soil anomaly in Western Australia, launching a 10,000-metre campaign targeting possible Tropicana-style mineralisation. The exploration upside remains untested, with assays from Bonnie and Clyde and Beachcomber expected from late 2026 into early 2027.

Right Resources has begun a fully funded 2,000-metre aircore program at its Blue Prospect near Tumbarumba, testing six tungsten and five gold anomalies for the first time below surface. Assay results are expected progressively during the December Quarter, but the campaign is exploratory and is not designed to define a Mineral Resource.

Forrestania Resources has reported wide, high-grade gold intersections from 15 additional reverse circulation holes at British Hill in Western Australia. A diamond rig is now being mobilised to test below current RC drilling limits as the company works towards a larger mineral resource estimate.

CZR Resources has expanded its exploration case at Croydon, with shallow gold at Frank’s Patch and Baskerville complemented by deeper mineralisation at Top Camp. The company has also lodged a mining lease application for its Buddadoo vanadium-titanium-magnetite project.

Pilbara Gold has reported strong initial drill results from the Terra Prospect at Roe Hills, including 46 metres at 3.17g/t gold and a narrower high-grade hit of 4 metres at 9.91g/t. The results extend evidence of a mineralised corridor at least 1.5km long, although substantial drilling and follow-up work remain.
